Vice President, Sales

We’re seeking a hands-on VP of Sales who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help build a world-class company in the rapidly growing $6 billion market for Pharma Tech solutions.

This is a ground floor opportunity with substantial stock and the opportunity to be part of the executive team.

Our first product streamlines the processing of Expanded Access (Compassionate Use) requests.  It is an enterprise SaaS application, encompassing internal workflows, notifications, request triaging, communication with the Doctor/Patient, inventory control, collection of real-world data, and audit trails for internal and regulatory obligations.  Expanded Access is just the tip of the iceberg in our product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have substantial experience and success selling enterprise SaaS platforms to large, sophisticated organizations in the biotech or pharmaceutical space.

  • Have a track record of successfully recruiting and managing a sales team (inbound and outbound).

  • Understand the ins and outs of selling to medical affairs, clinical operations and/or contract research organizations.

  • Be a “maker.” Be able to work in a small company and contribute to the creation of sales and marketing processes including content, email campaigns, CRM setup, etc.

  • Be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and cold call and sell.
